Last First Day of School

Today was a bittersweet day, my last first day of school. I really enjoy school, and it is fun but it will be nice to graduate and be able to work a job. However, it also means no more summer vacations or parties with friends at school. Yes, we can meet and do things outside of school but it will take more effort to make sure it suits everybody’s schedules. When we want to do something now school helps keep everbody’s schedule somewhat similar.

In terms of how the day went, it went really well. We had English first period, History second, then a study hall, then music. All the assignments that were given were really minimal and nice to help get back in the rhythm of school. After school we ate lunch at Cracked Pillar and then I went and worked for the afternoon. Overall, it was a really good first day!

That’s not to say I can’t wait till I graduate! (9 months as of this writing.)
