I just can’t help myself. Whenever someone says a ridiculous name that sounds like a product, AI is cheap or free enough that why shouldn’t I make an ad for it? This post is similar to the one about Gibb’s Free Energy but in this one I made a graphic.
We are going through Moby Dick in literature class at school. I don’t think we were talking about Moby Dick yet but my teacher was talking about something and made some comment about talon lotion. He was trying to say tallow lotion but when he said talon I decided an ad should be made.
Since the audio part of the post is similar to the Gibb’s Free Energy post, I won’t bother to restate how I did it. Listen to the audio below to hear the ad.
I first had Microsoft Copilot which uses Dall-E create an image for the lotion bottle and it came out with the image on the left. Later I decided we needed a logo or something for the product and had it generate the image on the right. It made the A and the L kind of one letter but it’s good enough for who it’s for. I ran them both through AI photo upscalers to get rid of some of the graininess.

After I generated the images I put them into a document in Affinity Designer. Originally, I just got rid of the color around the logo and pasted it in and got 1. After that I decided it would be nice to be able to put it on a different color, so I worked on the lotion bottle and ended up with 2. I thought a leather texture would look nice behind it so I got this free stock photo from Pixabay and had 3. To be ish-accurate with what we were talking about in Moby Dick, I made the 4th one ish-oceany by adding this wood texture to look like a ship. I also added the brand thing.
Here is the final image all by itself. The audio is under it so you can listen and look at the product at the same time.
